The KIIT Centre for International Arbitration and Mediation (KCIAM), Bhubaneswar, is established as a public charitable trust with the vision of institutionalising arbitration and mediation in India. It is guided by the motto “Arbitrate in India, Mediate in India”.

Backed by KIIT Deemed to be University, KCIAM enjoys access to world-class infrastructure, financial resources, and academic collaboration. The Centre functions as a neutral platform, providing high-quality services in line with international frameworks such as UNCITRAL, the New York Convention, and the Singapore Convention on Mediation.

Our mission is to strengthen access to justice by promoting professional, impartial, and time-bound mechanisms for dispute resolution. KCIAM seeks to reduce the burden on courts while ensuring that disputes are settled fairly and effectively through arbitration and mediation.
